I currently accept Aetna Insurance.   However, I participate with other insurances as an out of network provider and can provide a “superbill” with documentation to collect reimbursement for sessions. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Below are some questions you may want to ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

Can I be reimbursed for these services if the provider is out of network?

Do I have an out of network deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
