Working with Adults

Many adults seek therapy when anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or life stress begin to feel overwhelming, or when they find themselves feeling stuck in ways they cannot fully understand. Others come during periods of transition—changes in relationships, parenting demands, work stress, or shifts in identity—that leave them feeling ungrounded or uncertain of their direction.

Often, therapy reveals recurring emotional and relational patterns—ways of coping, relating, or protecting oneself that may once have served an important purpose but now create suffering or limitation. A central part of my work is helping clients better understand these patterns, the experiences that shaped them, and ultimately find new ways of relating to themselves and others that allow for greater freedom, connection, and fulfillment.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, combining thoughtful exploration with practical strategies for change. Therapy offers a space to feel deeply understood while building greater clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of confidence and direction in one’s life.
