About Me

I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to better understand the emotional struggles that can leave people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes not only from symptom relief, but from developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and the patterns that shape our lives.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, college students, adults, and individuals in the perinatal period facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance use, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parent-child attachment concerns, and parenting challenges. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples as they navigate pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, and the complex emotional transition to parenthood.

My clinical training includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for the Perinatal Population (IPT-P). I hold advanced certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and specialized training in child psychotherapy through the Rice Center for Children and Families, where I developed advanced skills in understanding children’s emotional development, attachment relationships, and family functioning. I am also certified in Child and Family Forensics through William James College.

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as a Guardian ad Litem, conduct child custody evaluations, and have provided expert testimony in matters involving bonding and parenting capacity. This work has deepened my understanding of child development, attachment, and the complex emotional needs of children and families—particularly those navigating high-conflict divorce, strained co-parenting relationships, and other significant family stressors. These perspectives meaningfully inform my work with children, parents, and families in treatment.

I am also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine and serve as a consultant at the Tufts Comprehensive Family Evaluation Center.

Whether I am working with a child, an adolescent, a parent, an individual in the perinatal period, or an adult navigating a difficult chapter of life, my goal is to create a space where people feel deeply understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
